| 摘 要： | 浓硝酸装置加浓塔、塔尾罐、镁尾罐、浓硝酸中间槽排放出的含NOx尾气在生产过程中进行高点排放,不仅污染环境,而且造成部分NOx的损耗.通过对3套浓硝酸装置尾气治理进行工艺改造、操作调优,特别是应用LG-20/4.5型螺杆压缩机后,回收了各罐体中闪蒸的N0x气体,取得了较好的环保效果.

| Abstract: | In production the concentrated nitric acid plant discharges a tail gas containing NOx from its concentration tower, tower tail pot, magnesium tail pot and intermediate tank, the discharge comes out at a high spot, not only polluting the environment but also leading to loss of a part of NOx. Three plants of concentrated nitric acid carry out tail gas treatment by process renovation, operation optimization, and especially the adoption of the LG-20/4.5 type helical-lobe compressor and recover the NOx gas flashed out from the tanks, with good environmental protection effect. |
