| Abstract: | The basic principles and practical requirements for the application of steam turbine driven feed water pumps are being presented. Operational experience gained by the Harbine Gasification Plant as well as a profitability analysis show that the energy saving, gained by using a steam turbine driven feed water pump, is remarkable. |
