用贝壳制备苹果酸钙的技术经济分析

摘    要:从保护环境和节约能源的角度出发,探索了以废弃贝壳为原料制备苹果酸钙的工艺条件,得到了贝壳一次煅烧制得苹果酸钙的产率为85.65%,纯度为94.90%;贝壳双烧制得苹果酸钙产率为84.04%,纯度为97.08%。讨论了一次煅烧法和双烧法对产品产率和纯度的影响,从技术经济角度分析了贝壳一次煅烧和双烧制备苹果酸钙的优缺点,一次煅烧比较节能,但产品纯度不如双烧高。

Abstract:The conditions for preparation of the calcium malate from seashells were studied from the angle of environmental protection and save energy source in this paper.The yield and purity of once calcination and twice calcinations preparation of the calcium malate were 85.65% and 94.90%,84.04% and 97.08% respectively.The effects of once calcination and twice calcinations on the content of product yield and purity were discussed.From technological economy the angle analysis once calcination and twice calcinations advantages and shortcomings. The result is once calcination comparatively energy conservation,but product purity is still poorer.
