摘    要:目的 观察麻疹乙脑二联活疫苗对猴体的安全性。方法 应用麻疹乙脑二联活疫苗注射恒河猴 脑内和脊髓,以麻疹和乙脑单价苗作对照,进行临床体征和组织病理学观察以及抗体测定。结果 全部试验猴临 床体征无异常反应,组织病理学检查联苗组大脑皮质和中脑黑质、颈髓仅见轻微炎症反应,病变均<5%,未见神经 细胞坏死现象。麻疹抗体应答较好,乙脑抗体有轻微的升高。结论 麻疹乙脑二联活疫苗的神经毒力与两种单价 苗比较未见增强。

Abstract:Objective To observe the safety of live measles-Japanese encephalitis combined vaccine in rhesus . Methods Rhesus were inoculated with live measles-Japanese encephalitis combined vaccines by in-tracranial and intraspinal routes, using monovalent measles and Japanese encephalitis vaccines as control. The clinical signs and histopathological indexes of the rhesus were observed, and the antibody levels of them were detected. Results No abnormal sign were observed in the rhesus. However, mild inflammatory reactions (< 5% ) were observed in the cerebral cortex, intercalatum mesencephalon and cervical spinal card of the rhesus inoculated with combined vaccine. No necrosis of nerve cell was observed . The measles and Japanese encephali-tis antibody levels of the rhesus inoculated with combined vaccine showed no significant difference from those inoculated with monovalent measles or Japanese encephalitis vaccines. Conclusion No increase of neuroviru-lence was observed in the combined vaccine compared with monovalent measles and JE vaccine.
