金属材料晶粒大小测量方法的探索

摘    要:主要研究了航空飞行器上常用金属材料奥氏体不锈钢和铝合金等昌粒大小的测量方法,除用传统的金相方法外,主工探讨了无损检测技术(超声、衰减和涡流等)应用于晶粒大小测量,试验结果表明:无损检测技术测量金属材料的晶粒大小,具有直接性和非破坏性,该方法具有实用价值。

Abstract:In this paper,the main work is studying the methods of measuring the grain size in 1 Cr18Ni9Ti austentional stainless steel and LY12 aluminumalloy,etc.Besides the conventional metallographical way, the measuring of the ultrasonic longitudinal wave velocity, ultrasonic attenuation,eddy-current conductivity and hardness of metal materials, the relations between these parameters and grain size will be established.The results show:the non-destructive testing is non-destructive and this way is possible and applicable.
