高炉煤气综合利用暨热电联产节能技术改造

摘    要:钢铁企业进行技术改造后,原先的能源平衡体系被打破,主要体现在蒸汽平衡有缺口;炼钢付产蒸汽波动大,不能有效利用;高炉煤气有富余;转炉煤气无调节用户,吨钢回收率指标偏低等。高炉煤气资源综合利用暨热电联产项目的建成,综合地解决了以上问题。

Abstract:After technological transformation in iron and steel enterprises, the original energy balance system is broken.the main influence is that, for example, the steam balance is in the gap, the steelmaking capacity to pay steam volatile and can not be used effectively, the blast furnace gas is surplus, the converter gas users are irregulation, the recovery rate per ton is low, and so on.After the projects of combined heat and power is completed, problems above can be solved.
