摘    要:对硅铁75矿热电炉的热平衡计算数据进行统计分析,应用数学分析的方法探讨了影响矿热电炉效能的主要因素,提出了提高炉子效能的主要技术措施,并对我国目前矿热电炉节能技术的应用情况以及节能潜力进行论述。

Abstract:Statistical analysis was made according to FeSi75 submerged arc furnace's energy balance caculating data.The critical influential factors on the efficiency of the furnace was discussed by mathematical analysis method. The paper proposed some technical measures to improve efficiency of the SAF,and discussed current application of energy saving technologies of the SAF and energy saving potential.
