内压壳体开孔接管的应力分析与补强设计计算

摘    要:针对内压容器壳体在开孔部位尤其大开孔接管部位有很大的应力集中现象,从应力分类的基本原理出发,分析了开孔边缘的复杂应力状态,并对大开孔有限元应力分析结果的应力分类评定提出建议。比较分析了几种大开孔补强方法的异同点,阐述了工程设计中如何进行应力分类和选择合适的补强方法。

Abstract:Great stress concentration appears at the openings and especially at the large openings of the junctions and shells of internal pressure vessels. The state of complicated stress was analyzed and suggestions for assessing the stress classification of the finite element analysis result of the large openings were put forward. The similarities and differenees of several metheds for reinforcement at large openings were analyzed and compared. The correct stress classification and the proper reinforcement method selection were described for the purpose of engineering design.
