摘    要:基于二维表面水流模型(MIKE21)结构和原理,将MIKE21模型应用于淮安市青浦区京杭大运河与里运河所包围地区,模拟特定降雨在该区域的淹没状况,基本反映出了研究区域的真实淹没情况。在此基础上,分析了城市洪涝区域淹没原因并做了治理初探,发现个别淹没区通过提高排水管网的排水能力和在淹没区附近设置合理的蓄水池均能减小淹没范围及淹没水深。

Simulation of Urban Waterlogging Distribution and Exploration on Governance Strategy of Urban Submersed Points
Abstract:Based on the structure and principle of two-dimensional surface flow model, MIKE21 model were used on a closed district surrounded by Grand Canal and Li Canal in Huaian, Qingpu area to make the simulation of the flooded conditions under specific rainfall. The model results intuitively show that the submerged condition is basically in accordance with the actual situation. And then he reason of the urban flood disaster was analyzed and control of strategies was discussed. We found that the inundation area and submerged depth of the water would be reduced to a certain extent provided higher capacity of drainage pipe network or reservoirs near the flooded area.
