| 摘 要： | 设计了一套企业技术创新环境的评价指标体系,采用层次分析法,并根据企业技术创新环境的影响因素(多是灰色、模糊、难以量化的技术经济特征),应用灰色系统理论,建立了灰色层次综合评判模型,得出企业技术创新环境的综合评价值.通过实例分析对其加以验证.

| Abstract: | First,a series of evaluating indices systems for the innovative environment of the enterprise is designed.Then,the model of the grey hierarchy comprehensive evaluation is established,using AHP and grey system theory,based on the fact that the control factors of the innovative environment are mainly grey,fuzzy and difficult to be quantized.The comprehensive evaluation value of the enterprise's environment of technical innovation is also obtained.At last,the model is tested on the basis of analyzing the concrete examples. |
