丙烯酸酯改性醋酸乙烯酯乳液的合成研究

摘    要:采用共聚方法,用丙烯酸酯改性制备聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液。通过正交实验方法,考察了保护胶体、表面活性剂、改性剂的种类对乳液粘度的影响,得出影响乳液粘度的主次因素为:保护胶体>表面活性剂>改性剂;通过优化试验对所制得的聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液进行性能测试得出其pH值为5~6,粘度为600~800mPa·s,且乳液的耐酸耐碱性、冻融稳定性,机械稳定性优良。

Abstract:Acrylate modified polyvinyl acetate emulsion was prepared with copolymerization method. Orthogonal test was employed to investigate the effect of some major factors such as protective colloid、surfactant and modifier on the viscosity of emulsion. The results showd that these factors was in the decreasing order:protective colloid>surfactant>modifier. The polyvinyl acetate emulsion product obtained under the optimum condition had the following performance:The pH valueare was 5~6,viscosity 600~800 mPa·s,good acid and alkaline resistance,freeze-thaw stability and mechanical stability.
