苏州市胥口污水处理厂提标改造工程设计方案

摘    要:胥口污水处理厂处于《太湖流域一级保护区主要水污染排放限值》中规定的一类区,出水水质优劣对太湖流域水环境至关重要。根据江苏省太湖流域水环境保护政策要求,污水处理厂需在2020年底完成提标改造,出水水质从原执行的GB 18918—2002《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》一级A标准提升至《苏州市特别排放标准》地表水准IV类。通过对污水处理厂现状运行状况、构筑物设计参数和设备状况进行深入分析,并对生物处理和深度处理工艺进行充分比选和论证,因地制宜提出科学合理、经济可行、实施简便的提标改造设计方案,以期为国内同类污水处理厂提标改造设计工程提供思路和方法。

Abstract:Xukou Sewage Treatment Plant is located in the first class area based on the Discharge Limit of Main Water Pollution in the First Class Protection Area of Taihu Lake Basin,and the quality of the effluent is very important to the water environment of Taihu Lake Basin.According to the requirements of water environment protection policy of Taihu Lake Basin in Jiangsu Province,the upgrading&reconstruction of the sewage treatment plant should be completed by the end of 2020,and the effluent quality will be upgraded from the first class A standard of GB 18918—2002 the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Urban Sewage Treatment Plants to the IV class of Suzhou Special Emission Standard.Based on the in-depth analysis of the current operation status,structure design parameters&equipment status of the sewage treatment plant,and the full comparison&demonstration of biological treatment&advanced treatment processes,it puts forward a scientific,reasonable,economically feasible&simple upgrading design scheme according to local conditions,so as to provide ideas&methods for the upgrading design of similar domestic sewage treatment plants.
