摘    要:文中介绍了可扩容UPS锂电池的整体方案,磷酸铁锂电芯的设计,BMS电池管理系统的应用。本文使用叠片式磷酸铁锂电池制作工艺,以及破包覆的正极材料制备技术,实现电芯的6倍率放电特性。同时BMS采用高精度的采样芯片及均衡技术,接触器控制锂电池充放电,实时对电池进行监控及保护处理及延长电池使用寿命,同时支持并联扩容。

Abstract:Thisarticle introduces the scheme of the expandable lithium battery for UPS,the design of lithium iron phosphate battery cell,and the application of BMS.The 6C-rate discharge of the battery is realized by applying the fabrication technology of laminated lithium iron phosphate battery and the preparation technology of carbon-coated cathode material.In the BMS,high-precision sampling chipsand the balancing technology are utilizedto control the charge and discharge of the lithium batteryby the contactor.Also,the battery status is monitored and protectedinjeal time toprolong thebattery lifespan.The parallel expansion is also supported.
