| 摘 要： | 在对上海和北京两地高新技术企业调查访谈基础上,对两地区域创新系统的高新技术企业的技术来源、企业合作网络、运行机理、经营成效进行了科学分析。研究表明,与外国公司的合作,对京沪两地高新技术企业开拓新产品市场、理清发展思路具有重要影响;与国内高校、科研机构的合作,对高新技术企业的新技术开发能力建设具有积极意义;上海区域创新系统当前经济效益较好,而北京潜在创新能力较强。 |

| Abstract: | Beijing and Shanghai represent China’s most innovative regions. This paper is based on a quantitative survey among high-tech enterprises in both regions in terms of the source of technologies, cooperation networks, operation mechanism and performance. The findings presented in this paper confirm that Chinese high-tech enterprises are linked to both sources of knowledge. Cooperation with for- eign companies helps to get new ideas and to enter the market with new products whereas cooperation with universities is mainly done to design new products. It reveals that regional innovative system of Shanghai has better economic benefits and Beijing has better innovation potentials. |
