基于核函数PCA的柔性薄板装配偏差源诊断

摘    要:讨论柔性薄板装配过程中装配偏差的非线性传递规律.针对柔性薄板装配的特点,引入核函数PCA (principal component analysis)方法诊断装配偏差源.同时,根据实际问题的不同,核函数PCA方法所选择的核函数是不同的,选择合适的核函数是采用核函数PCA方法取得良好效果的关键.成功的工程应用表明,在柔性薄板装配偏差源诊断中核函数PCA比PCA效果更好,能够准确、快速地找到装配偏差模式.文中提出的基于核函数PCA的柔性薄板装配偏差源诊断方法是正确、有效的.

Abstract:Typical joints, jointing structures and flexible sheet assembly deviation propagation were studied. Deviation propagation functions of typical flexible sheet metal assembly, serial and parallel, demonstrated its nonlinear characteristics. Kernel principal component analysis (KPCA) was introduced into flexible sheet assembly deviation diagnosis according to its nonlinear characteristics. Different kernel function should be chosen according to practical flexible sheet assembly. Autobody is a typical product assembled with flexible sheets. Motor compartment is an important assembly of autobody. Polynomial function was chosen as kernel function to diagnose motor compartment assembly deviation according to its assembly box. Practical case of motor compartment assembly proves the validity and effectiveness of KPCA.
