摘    要:本文主要研究了高温高压下合成PCBN时,CBN粒度及组装方式对PCBN性能的影响。结果表明,CBN的粒度对PCBN性能有很大影响,混合粒度比单一粒度的效果好,混合粒度范围宽的又好于范围窄的。建议合成PCBN时采用宽混合粒度范围的CBN颗粒,从而有效的改善颗粒的堆积状态,增加晶粒的堆积密度,提高PCBN制品的性能。当Dmax/Dmin越接近1,PCBN的磨耗比和硬度越低;双盐双碳管的组装方式使得合成温度易于控制,压力更加均匀,保证了PCBN制品组织的均匀性,因而优于单盐碳管的组装方式。

Abstract:This paper focused on the effect of the grain size of CBN and assembly mode on the characteristics of PCBN under HPHT.Experiment results showed that CBN grain size had a great impact on PCBN performance.Mixed grain size was better than single size;wide-ranged mixed grain size was better than narrow-ranged mixed size.When Dmax/Dmin approached 1,the abrasion ratio and hardness of PCBN became lower.With the assembly method of double-salt double-carbon tube,the sintering temperature can be controlled convenient...
