醋酸丁酸纤维素生产中淡酸的处理

摘    要:在生产醋酸丁酸纤维素的水解过程中,采用丁酸和水组成的混合溶剂代替传统的醋酸水解液和稀释液,使淡酸近似成为单一的丁酸溶液。以丁酸丁酯作萃取剂萃取淡酸,得到含丁酸的萃取相,借助反应精馏技术将萃取相与丁醇酯化生产丁酸丁酯。生产的丁酸丁酯部分作为产品,部分返回萃取工段作为萃取剂使用。利用Aspen Plus软件对萃取和反应精馏过程进行模拟操作,得到的最佳工艺条件:常温常压进料,萃取剂丁酸丁酯与淡酸的质量比为1∶5;常温常压进料,丁醇与淡酸中丁酸的摩尔比为1.04∶1,精馏塔塔板数为12。

Abstract:The mixed solvent of butyric acid and water was used to replace the traditional acetic acid solution in hydrolysis section of the production of cellulose acetate butyrate,which makes the waste acid almost become a solution only containing butyric acid.The waste acid was recovered by extraction using butyl butyrate as extractant.And the extract was used to produce butyl butyrate by reactive distillation.The optimum conditions obtained by simulation using Aspen Plus software were m(butyl butyrate)∶m(waste acid)=1:5,n(butanol)∶n(butyric acid in waste acid)=1.04:1,plate unmber 12 and feeding at room temperature and atmosphere.
