摘    要:对功能性短肽的几种制备方法进行了系统分析和比较,对功能性短肽分离提取和功能活性等方面的研究进展进行了论述,并结合功能性短肽的应用现状,对功能性短肽的研究方向进行了展望。

Abstract:Different preparation methods of functional oligopeptides were analyzed and compared in details.Several aspects of functional oligopeptides such as separation methods and biological activity were introduced.Combined with the application present state of functional oligopeptides,the perspectives were prospected.
