| 摘 要： | 目前水电站大坝安全监测工作中，存在着观测设施陈旧，自动化程度不高，观测资料分析深度、广度缺乏全面性和系统性，设计市场混乱。施工单位在首次蓄水期间未能及时建立监测设施，运行管理单位监测队伍不稳定等现象。针对上述情况，必须强化日常观测管理，重视监测设施和仪器设备保养和维护等一系列措施。从而实现大坝安全监测工作全过程管理，使安全监测工作真正起到大坝安全的耳目作用。 |

| Abstract: | Hydraulic structure monitoring is an important means for ensuring long term safety operation of dams. At present, major problems commonly exist in safety monitoring for hydropower dams. In view of this situation, it is necessary to adopt the following measures: to strengthen daily monitoring management; to lay stress on maintenance of monitoring facilities and behavioral management of design, construction and operation organizations; and to promote automation of dam safety monitoring system and application of computers in dam safety management; to systematically conduct comprehensive analysis on measured data, so as to bring about its overall process management and make the safety monitoring play critical role in dam safety management. |
