| Abstract: | New advance in chemical vapour deposition(CVD) , physical vapour deposition(PVD) .surfacemodification technology and other new technology in surface treatment were reviewed. It wasshowed that surface technology can make products more valuable, therefore has huge applicationpotential and good economic benifit. |
