希望油田优快钻井综合配套技术应用研究

中石油阿克纠宾油气公司希望油田位于哈萨克斯坦共和国阿克纠宾斯克州,计划钻井500口。该油田地质条件复杂,给优快钻井带来了很大挑战。针对希望油田存在的地层可钻性差、跳钻严重、井壁失稳问题突出、油层套管固井压力高和替浆困难等主要钻井难题,主要开展了PDC钻头优选技术、减震器减缓跳钻技术、盐膏层和MTK地层井壁稳定技术和油井套管固井等技术攻关和试验,形成了一套希望油田优快钻井综合配套技术。现场应用表明：优快钻井综合配套技术大幅度提高了钻井速度,降低了井下复杂发生的概率,实现了希望油田的钻井提速效果。

Application research of integrated matching drilling technique with high quality and speed in Hope Oilfield

Hope Oilfield owned by Aktobe Oil Gas Company of PetroChina is located in Aktyubinsk state of the Republic of Kazakhstan.It is planed to drill 500 wells in this oilfield.Due to the complex geological condition,there are many drilling difficulties in Hope Oilfield,such as the poor drillability of formation,serious jump drilling,borehole wall unstability,high cementing pressure for casing and difficult slurry replacement,which bring great challenges for high quality and speed drilling,and are firstly analyzed.Aimed at these drilling problems,the technologies such as PDC bit optimization,slow jump drilling with shock absorbers,wall stabilization for salt-gypsum layer and MTK formation and well casing cementing are researched and tested,and a set of optimal fast drilling integrated technologies suitable for Hope Oilfield are formed.Field application shows that the integrated matching drilling technique with high quality and speed substantially increases the drilling speed,reduces the probability of downhole complexity and achieves the drilling speedup effects of Hope Oilfield.
