铜基防振合金的高阻尼特性

摘    要:采用电解铜、电解锰、电解锌、工业纯铝为原料,熔制了不同成分的Mn—Cu系合金及Cu—Zn—Al合金,并测试了其在不同初始应力下的减振能力。结果表明:此类合金的工作应力只有超过各自的临界应力才能发挥其高阻尼性能;含有适量Zn、Al的Mn—Cu合金具有较高的阻尼性能,是优良的减振材料。

Abstract:Mn-Cu and Cu-Zn-Al alloys of varios compositions were prepared with electrolytic copper, manganese and zinc and industrial pure aluminium.Their damping capacity was measured under different original stresses.The results have shown that high damping capacity of these alloys can be abtained only when the work stress exceeds their own critical value, and Mn-Cu alloys with proper contents of Zn and Al are excellent damping materials.
