柴油加氢改质装置节能降耗技术分析

摘    要:介绍了中国石油锦西石化公司加氢改质装置的基本概况和能耗情况。针对装置实际特点,开工以来在加热炉、机泵、回收低温热源等方面采取了一系列节能技术改造措施,解决了装置生产过程中仔在的问题,大幅度降低装置能耗,从2003年的1141.3MJ/t降低到2008年的874.6MJ/t。并就柴油的低温热回收、氢气回收及采用先进机电设备提出了建议。

Abstract:The basic status and energy consumption of the diesel fuel hydro-upgrading unit of Jinxi Petrochemical Company was introduced. A series of energy-saving measures related with furnace, pump and the recovery of low-temperature heat were applied to solve the existed problems in production, since then the energy consumption of the unit was reduced significantly.
