| 摘 要： | 发光细菌应用于环境样品毒性测试已日益成熟,近年来对其的研究也逐渐深入。综述了其用于评价与监测有毒物质毒性、工业废水毒性、污水处理设施的运行效果及项目竣工环保验收等领域的研究进展;并分析了其所采用的前处理方法,即主动富集和被动富集。认为发光细菌与现代分析仪器、光电技术以及最新的化学分析方法相结合是其应用于毒性测试的发展方向。

| Abstract: | The technology that using photobacteria to test environmental pollutants is becoming more and more mature,and the research on it is gradually going deep in recent years.The research progress on the photobacteria applied in analysis and monitoring of pollutants′ toxicity,industrial wastewater toxicity,operation effect of wastewater treatment facilities,environmental protection acceptance monitoring of completed projects and some other areas were summarized.Its pretreatment process——active enrichment and passive enrichment were also introduced.It was concluded that,combining photobacteria with modern analysis apparatus,photoelectric technology and latest chemical analysis methods was the development direction of its application in toxicity testing. |
