基于APDL的柱塞泵螺纹参数化有限元分析

摘    要:在进行柱塞泵螺纹设计及其优化设计时,将参数化设计引入到有限元结构分析中,实现结构参数快速调整,自动生成分析模型并完成分析过程,可极快地优化产品结构、缩减产品设计周期.文中利用有限元分析软件ANSYS提供的APDL语言,实现了有限元建模和分析的参数化,并以柱塞泵螺纹为例,提出一种办法,避免了重复的有限元建模与前、后处理操作,明显提高了分析效率.

Abstract:It is easy to adjust the geometric models of different products which have similar structures by using structure parametric design method. By using this method, the FEA model can he easily created by adjusting several geometric parameters and the analyzing process of FEA is automatically executed. The efficiency is improved and the time for products design will be shortened greatly. Further more. By using the ANSYS Parametric Design Language (APDL), the FEA process including creating FEA model and analysis steps are discussed. A practical parametric FEA model of a thread is established and stress analysis is done by using this method. The results show that this method overcomes a lot of repeated FEA tasks and improves efficiency of products structure analyzing.
