| Abstract: | In this paper, the characteristics of large size TFT-LCD drive are introduced and the indeterminable points in drive IC design are analyzed. Moreover, solution counterpart of drive IC design is researched. A forecast and analysis are given to the market of large size TFT-LCD drive IC. |
