光促释放型聚氨酯香味微胶囊的制备

摘    要:试验以六甲基二异氰酸酯三聚体为壁材,素雅兰香香精为芯材,纳米TiO2粒子为壁壳负载物质,采用乳液聚合法制备光照加速香味释放的微胶囊,探讨了TiO2纳米粒子对微胶囊成囊效果及香味释放性能的影响。对微胶囊表观形貌、粒径及纳米TiO2在壁壳上的负载状态进行表征;分析微胶囊表面化学组成;在日光照射条件下进行香味释放测试。结果表明,所制备的光促释放型香味微胶囊为规则球形,粒径集中分布在0.581μm,钛元素负载量占总质量的0.38%。光照下含TiO2的微胶囊在前1 h时,香味值迅速增加,24 h内香味释放值均高于普通微胶囊。

Abstract:In the experiment, hexamethyl diisocyanate trimer was used as the wall material, Suyalan fragrance was used as the core material, and nano-TiO2 particles were used as the wall shell loading material. Microcapsules were prepared by emulsion polymerization to accelerate the release of flavor. The effects of TiO2 nanoparticles on microcapsule formation and flavor release properties were discussed. Laser particle size analyzer was used to characterize the microcapsule’s apparent morphology, particle size, and nano-TiO2 loading state on the wall shell.Titanium dioxide-loaded microcapsules and ordinary microcapsules were tested for flavor release under sunlight. The results show that the prepared photo-release-type scented microcapsules have a regular spherical shape, the particle size is concentrated at 0.581 μm, and the loading of titanium element accounts for 0.38% of the total mass. The flavor value of TiO2 containing microcapsules increased rapidly in the first hour, and the fragrance release value was higher than that of ordinary microcapsules within 24 hours.
