摘    要:建立一种高效毛细管电泳(HPCE)法测定黄酮类化合物含量的方法。电解质溶液以20mmol/L 硼砂- 硼酸溶液(pH8.4)作为缓冲液,在25℃、20kV 压力条件下进行电泳,245nm 波长处检测,线性关系良好,在10min 内黄酮类化合物完全分离,符合定性研究和定量测定的要求。该方法具有较好的分离效果和良好的精密度,可应用于黄酮类化合物的测定。

Abstract:A method was developed for the determination of flavonoid compounds using high performance capillary electrophoresis (HPCE). The electrolyte buffer used was 20 mmol/L borax/boracic acid solution (pH 8.4). Electrophoresis was performed at 25 ℃ and 20 kV voltage. The detection wavelength was set as 245 nm. The developed method displayed good linearity. A thorough chromatographic separation of flavonoid compounds was achieved within 10 min, which meets the requirements for qualification and quantification. This method giving good separation and having high precision is applicable for the determination of flavonoid compounds in practice.
