微波辅助提取绞股蓝黄酮的工艺研究

摘    要:采用单因素试验和正交试验,进行微波辅助提取绞股蓝黄酮的工艺研究,得到微波辅助提取绞股蓝黄酮的最佳工艺条件:溶剂为30% 乙醇溶液、料液比1:32(g/mL)、微波处理时间15min;在此工艺条件下绞股蓝黄酮提取率为4.18%。与索氏提取法相比,微波辅助提取既能缩短提取时间又能提高绞股蓝黄酮的提取率。

Abstract:Microwave-assisted extraction of flavonoids from Gynstemma pentaphyllum was explored by single factor and orthogonal experiments. The optimal extraction processing parameters were 30% ethanol as solvent, material-liquid ratio of 1:32 (g/mL), and microwave treatment time of 15 min. Under the optimal extraction conditions, the extraction rate of flavonoids from Gynstemma pentaphyllum was 4.18%. Compared with traditional extraction method, microwave-assisted extraction can shorten extraction time and improve the extraction rate of flavonoids from Gynstemma pentaphyllum.
