摘    要:传统基于数字化理论的电力载波机,无法满足实际电力信号的大距离以及稳定性传输需求。因此,设计基于计算机网络通信TCP/IP参考模型的电力载波机,依据计算机网络通信 TCP/IP 参考模型,基于网络接口层设计载波机总体硬件电路,包括网络层、传输层及应用层。网络层通过探索父节点组网算法以及路由选择策略等方案,解决载波信号衰减问题,提高载波机的有效通信距离。传输层采用可靠性传输算法通过ACK应答模式,获取丢失的数据,使用OFDM技术实现载波信号的解调,提高载波通信的稳定性。应用层采用数据处理线程调用网络层和传输层算法,实现载波数据的有效处理。实验结果说明,所设计的载波机实现了数据传递以及采集,网络层组网算法能够高效率组建网络,降低了通信丢包率,提高了通信平稳性,信号调制能力增强。

Abstract:The traditional power carrier based on digital theory can not meet the needs of long-distance and stable transmission of actual power signals. In this paper, we design a new power line carrier based on computer network communication TCP/IP reference model. According to the model, and based on the network interface layer, the overall hardware circuit including the network layer, transport layer and application layer is designed. The network layer solves the problem of carrier signal attenuation by exploring the parent node networking algorithm and routing strategy, and improves the effective communication distance of the carrier. The transport layer adopts the reliable transmission algorithm to get the missing data through the ACK response mode, and realizes the demodulation of the carrier signal by using OFDM technology, and improves the stability of the carrier communication. The application layer uses the data processing thread to call the network layer and the transmission layer algorithm to realize the effective processing of the carrier data. The experimental results show that the carrier machine designed in this paper achieves data transmission and collection. The network layer networking algorithm can efficiently set up the network, reduce the packet loss rate, and improve the communication stability and signal modulation ability.
