电子式电流互感器测试技术研究现状分析

摘    要:目前,如何提高电子式电流互感器运行稳定性和可靠性是互感器研究的难点,随之应运而生的测试技术是衡量其性能的手段。围绕电子式电流互感器测试技术这一主题进行综述,给出了测试标准,介绍了测试项目,重点分析了现场校验中的离线校验与在线校验技术,详细阐述了影响电子式电流互感器校验精度的关键因素,并总结了在线校验技术的最大优点是能及时发现存在故障的电子式电流互感器。展望电子式电流互感器在线校验技术发展方向将会朝着高精度传感头设计、高精度校验算法研究、保障操作人员安全等方向进行。

Abstract:How to improve the operation stability and reliability of electronic current transformers is a difficulty in the research of transformers at present, whereby the testing technology is a mean to measure the performance of transformers. This paper reviews research situations of testing technology for electronic current transformers. First, the test standard is given. Second, the test items are introduced and the offline calibration and online calibration technology in the field calibration is analyzed emphatically. The key factors affecting the calibration accuracy are elaborated in detail. The greatest advantage of the on-line calibration technology lies in its capability to detect faults in time. Finally, the development direction of the online calibration technology of electronic current transformers is prospected, suggesting that the design of high-precision sensors, research on high-precision calibration algorithm and ensuring the safety of operators have become the key points of the research.
