摘    要:目的:建立天山花楸枝叶中金丝桃苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC Shim-pack VP-ODS 柱(150mm× 4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈- 水(25:75,V/V),流速为1.0ml/min,柱温为25℃,检测波长为360nm。结果:金丝桃苷在0.04~0.32mg/ml 之间线性关系良好,r = 0.9992,平均回收率99.7%,RSD 为2.6%;结论:本法快速、灵敏、准确、可靠、重复性好,可用于天山花楸药材的质量控制。

HPLC Determination of Hyperoside in Stems and Leaves of Sorbus tianschanica Rupr

Abstract:Hyperoside was extracted from stems and leaves of Sorbus tianschanica Rupr with methanol and then subjected to HPLC analysis. The determination (at 360 nm) was performed on a Shim-pack VP-ODS (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) column (25 ℃) using aceyonitrile - water (25:75, V/V) as a mobile phase at the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min. A good linearity was obtained within the range of 0.04 - 0.32 mg and the correlation coefficient was 0.9992. The average recovery for hyperoside was 99.7% and the RSD was 2.6%. The method is simple, rapid, sensitive, precise, reliable and repeatable and can be applied to the quality control of stems and leaves of Sorbus tianschanica Rupr as a kind of Chinese medicinal material.
