摘    要:根据独立微电网和微电网群的利益主体构成特点,提出考虑垄断特征的电能交易机制,包含日前调度和实时结算。为了限制部分利益主体的垄断行为,在交易环节设置惩罚机制以保证结算电价在合理范围内。针对微电网内风光出力和负荷功率的随机性,设计偏差考核机制以维护日前调度计划的有效性并明晰供需双方参与电力平衡的责任。建立包含2个微电网发电商和2个负荷聚合商的独立微电网算例,不同市场行为下的交易仿真结果验证了所提交易机制的有效性。

Abstract:According to the characteristics of stakeholders in isolated microgrid and microgrid clusters, an electricity transaction mechanism considering monopoly feature is proposed, which includes day-ahead dispatch and real-time settlement. In order to limit the monopoly activities of some stakeholders, a punishment mechanism is set in the trading process to ensure the settlement price within reasonable range. Aiming at the randomness of wind and photovoltaic output and load power, a deviation assessment mechanism is designed to maintain the effectiveness of day-ahead dispatch schedule and clarify the responsibilities of both suppliers and demanders in participating in electricity balance. An isolated microgrid case including two microgrid generation companies and two load aggregators is built, and the transaction simulation results under different market behaviors verify the effectiveness of the proposed transaction mechanism.
