纳米Sr_(1-x)Ca_xTiO_3粉体制备及性能表征

摘    要:采用改良的柠檬酸前驱体法制备纳米Sr_(1-x)Ca_xTiO_3(x=0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4)粉体.借助于TG/DSC、XRD、TEM等表征手段对所得粉体的物相、形貌、颗粒尺寸进行了分析和测试.研究表明,经900 ℃煅烧7 h制备出的Sr_(1-x)Ca_xTiO_3粉体平均粒度为50 nm,结晶度高、形貌规整均一,并且无其它杂相.

Abstract:A modified citrate precursor method was used to synthesize nanocrystalline Sr_(1-x)Ca_xTiO_3(x=0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4) powders. TG/DTA, XRD and TEM was used to examine the decomposition behaviour of the precursor and the crystalline phase, and morphology and particle size of the powders. The results indicated that single-phase, slight agglomerated and well-crystallized Sr_(1-x)Ca_xTiO_3 nanopowders with particle size around 50 nm could be obtained after calcining at 900 ℃ for 7 h.
