摘    要:介绍了应用于导热系数测试实验台的热电偶温度测试系统,利用串行接口对温度巡检仪进行数据读取和参数设置。为提高采样和数据处理效率,开发了IabVIEW环境下的虚拟仪器。该系统可将热电偶温度数据读人计算机并进行相应的分析计算,实现信号的实时采集,简化了操作步骤,提高了测量精度。该系统的设计对数据采集、显示、串行通信等在生产和实验中的应用具有一定的借鉴和推广作用。

Abstract:The thermocouple temperature testing and analyzing system used on thermal conductivity test bench is introduced. By using serial interface, data from temperature data logger are acquired and the parameters are setup. To improve the efficiency of data sampling and data pro- cessing, the virtual instrument under LabVIEW is developed. In this system, the data of temperature of thennocouples can be read into computer, and then analyzed and calculated, thus real-time signal acquisition is implemented. The operation is simple and the measuring accuracy is enhanced. The design of system is worth to be propagated in applying data acquisition, display, serial communication in production and experiment.
