南丰蜜桔辐射贮藏保鲜研究

摘    要:南丰蜜桔是江西特产,它具有皮薄核少,汁多无渣,色泽金黄,香甜酸俱佳等特点。但是由于皮薄汁多而不耐久藏。本文对南丰蜜桔辐射贮藏保鲜进行了研究,结果证明,在低剂量~(60)Coγ线照射后,常温下贮藏100~120天,好果率达80%,与对照果比较提高保鲜率10~15%。经检测其主要化学成分无明显变化。此外还对南丰蜜桔辐射保藏的机理作了初步探讨。

Abstract:The Nan Feng Mandarin is a special native product of Jiangxi pro-vince in China. It's characterized by thin rind with few pits, much juice without dregs,good taste of sweet, fragrance and sour in goden color. However it can not be storedfor a long time because of its thin rind and much juice. This paper has studied theeffect of the radiation on the preservation of the Nan Feng Mandarin. The results sho-wed that when the mandarin was stored at a room temperature for 100-120 days andirradiated at a low dose of ~(60)Co ray, the rate of good one was up to the 80%, and10-15% highter than that of the controlled Mandarin. But any distinct changes ofmain chemical compositions of the irradiated Mandarin haven't been found by examin-ing. In addition, this paper has also preliminarily shed light on the mechanism of theradiation on the presevation of the Nan Fens Mandarin.
