频谱谐波时效技术与热时效的比较研究

摘    要:通过频谱谐波时效与热时效在去应力率,稳定工件尺寸精度,提高工件抗变形能力,从经济、环境效益和综合等方面的对比,体现频谱谐波时效技术的优越性,用试验和数据证明频谱谐波时效可以完全取代以消除应力为目的的热时效。

Abstract:Comparison is made between Harmonic Frequency Spectrum VSR and TSR in terms of stress reduction amount, workpiece dimension precision, and anti-deformation capability, as well as economic and environment benefits and so on, which clearly shows the superiority of Harmonic Frequency Spectrum VSR over TSR. In this paper, experiments and data give full proof that Harmonic Frequency Spectrum VSR can completely replace TSR.
