摘    要:铁磁型三倍频变压器一般由3个饱和的单相变压器组成,原绕组星形联结,副绕组开口三角形联结,铁芯采用口字型结构,文章作者研制了一种日字型铁 铁磁型三倍频变压器,文中介绍了利用谐波平衡法对倍频器的性能进行的数值仿真研究,计算结果与实验结果基本一致,证明了所提算法的正确性,为倍频变压器的设计提供了一种有效的辅助设计方法,根据戴维南定理又提出了用开路电压与短路电流之比确定三倍频变压器等值漏电感的方法。设计的

Abstract:A ferromagnetic frequency tripler consists of three saturable single phase transformers with star connected primary windings and open delta connected secondary windings. Its ferromagnetic core is of frame structure. A new type magnetic frequency tripler of ferromagnetic core with three legs is developed. Its steady state performance is theoretically analyzed by the harmonic balance method. The results of simulation are consistent with experimental results and the correctness of the proposed method is proved. Thus, an effective auxiliary method for designing tripler transformer is offered. The equivalent leakage reactance of the tripler is obtained by experiment according to Thevenin's theorem. The tripler's output power is 6kW and its efficiency may reach 92.5%.
