| 摘 要： | 军民一体化的"两用"政策即协调、集体行动和激励.两用政策行动的三维结构是一体化的(上游)、移位的和融合的(下游).根据产品特征矩阵,每个产品每个维度分解为一系列特征,每个维度表示为一个矩阵.技术和产品的生产组织涉及三个维度,将其相互连接,连接的路径即决定每个矩阵的每个元.三个维度相互依赖:当在X上采取行动时,研发或生产的一体化可能性更大.

| Abstract: | Dual-use policy of civil-military integration is harmonizing, collectivity acting and inspiring. The three-dimensional configuration of dual-use policy acting is integrative (upriver), shifting and syncretic (downriver). Every product is decomposed into a series of characters, and every dimensionality based on the product character is expressed as a matrix. The production organize of technology and product involves three dimensions, the route determined the element of every matrix of which are connected. The three dimensions are interdependent: the possibility of production integration will increase when acting on X. |
