我国煤制油发展现状 趋势及建议

自2003年油价持续走高以来,煤制油作为接替资源受到普遍关注。文章分析了我国煤制油的发展现状,包括间接液化法和直接液化法两种煤制油装置的建设情况,以及我国煤制油的规划动向;认为我国在发展煤制油的过程中,应重点考虑煤炭液化制油技术是否成熟、水资源是否有保障两个问题;建议在我国煤制油工业的发展中,一是应抓好工业化示范,待成功后再进一步推广,二是国家应制定统一的煤制油发展规划,以引导行业健康发展。

China''''s Current Development Trends in GTL and the Proposals

Since the 2003 oil price remained rising, GTL has caught wide attention. The article analyzes the current development of China's GTL, including construction of facilities, both direct liquefaction and indirect liquefaction, and the planning trends of GTL in China. During GTL development, the major two focuses should be whether the coal liquefaction technology is mature or not, whether the water resource is guaranteed or not. It suggested that we should pay attention to industrialization demonstration at first. Secondly, the state should develop a unified system of GTL development plan to guide the healthy development of this industry.
