稠油污染土壤微生物强化修复的研究

摘    要:进行了接种高效降解菌团(BC)、生物表面活性剂(GBS)以及化学表面活性剂(CS)对稠油污染土壤的微生物强化修复过程和供试土壤(NS)基本特性的影响研究。结果显示:各修复处理中,对稠油污染土壤微生物修复的强化程度依次为NS+BC+GBS>NS+GBS>NS+BC>NS+BC+CS>NS+CS,其中投加高效降解菌团(BC)和生物表面活性剂(GBS)的供试体系经60 d修复处理后稠油降解率达到了72%,同时土壤中微生物的活性和生物量显著提高。

Abstract:This study investigated the effects on the bioremediation of heavy oil-contaminated soil by inoculating heavy oil-degrading mixed bacterial consortium(BC),adding biosurfactants(GBS),and adding chemosynthetic surfactant(CS).Some basic characteristics of soil samples were also investigated in various amendments.The results showed that the argument of enhanced bioremediation sequence is NS BC GBS > NS GBS > NS BC > NS BC CS > NS CS.Maximum heavy oil degradation occurred in NS BC GBS with degradation rate of approximately 72% during 60 days.Moreover the activity of microorganisms and the growth of bacteria were increased significantly.
