Abstract:By using 3Dvisualization technology,pipeline equipment online monitoring and state calculation,described the structure,data processing,model forming and system module development path of the monitoring system of the main steam pipe,hot reheat steam pipe,cold reheat steam pipe,high pressure water supply pipe(four main pipeline)and supports.Introduced the successful experience and application effect of the field application of this system.Real-time data access and programmed finite element calculation,maked the original static file type management mode jumped for real-time dynamic management mode.Provided online monitoring system based on 3Dvisualization technology platform and the experience of the state diagnosis to strengthen technical supervision of the pipeline comprehensively for power plant.
