| 摘 要： | 两部制电价政策对上海燃机电厂具有重要的意义,不但保证了燃机电厂的正常运营,而且增加了燃机电厂对天然气市场的抵御能力。介绍了目前上海燃机电厂作为调峰电厂的运行状况,分析了将燃机电厂作为电网调峰手段的重要性和必要性,并对燃机电厂电价政策的变化趋向,进行了分析与探讨。认为满足5个条件后也可以试行单一制电价政策。

| Abstract: | The two-part price policy on Shanghai gas turbine power plant has important significance,not only to ensure the normal operation of the power plant,but also increase the ability to resist natural gas market.Introduced at present Shanghai gas turbine power plant as a adjustable peak mode situation,analysis of the gas turbine as power grid by means of the importance and necessity,and the gas turbine power plant electrovalency policy trend,undertook analysis and discuss.That satisfy the 5 conditions can also try the onefold make electrovalency policy. |
