| 摘 要： | 对《上海市燃气发展"十二五"规划》进行了全面深入的解读,分析了"十二五"期间上海城市燃气产业面临的形势,指出"十二五"期间将是上海进入转型发展的新阶段,为了加快发展清洁低碳能源,必须推动上海的城市燃气产业的转型。通过分析"十二五"期间上海城市燃气发展的主要任务及重点工作,指出"十二五"期间,上海市的燃气发展将以能源转型为主线,以燃气安全保障为重任,以能源产业发展为出路,积极推进以天然气为重点的城市燃气发展。同时还指出上海应当利用城市燃气的发展,带动能源产业的创新。

| Abstract: | This article mainly focuses on the interpretation of‘Shanghai 12th Five-Year Plan for Urban Gas’by analyzing urban gas industry developing trends.Restructure development is the key for Shanghai to develop clean and low-carbon energy for urban sustainable development.By analyzing the main tasks for Shanghai urban gas development during the 12th Five-Year period,it is pointed out that the energy restructure development is the key idea;urban gas supply and safety assurance is the main task;gas industry development is the breakthrough point.It is very important to bring innovative action to energy industry by seizing the historic opportunity of rapid urban gas development. |
