| 摘 要： | 大学生心理健康问题与大学生情绪特点、社会环境等多种因素密切相关。研究资料表明,近几年我国大学生心理问题愈来愈严重。通过心理咨询和心理健康教育,预防和缓解大学生心理问题,增强大学生心理健康意识,是当前形势向高校提出的迫切要求。

| Abstract: | College students; mental health problems are linked to such factors as their characteristic moods, social environment and so on. Studies indicate that college students; mental health problems have been becoming more and more serious, which urges colleges and universities to take precautions against students＇ mental problems and strengthen their consciousness of mental health through psychological consults and mental health education. |
