| 摘 要： | 分析了现行城市规划编制办法中工程规划存在的矛盾与问题 ,提出了编制办法的修订意见 ,即调整总规阶段工程规划的内容和深度 ,增加专项工程规划层次 ,满足详规和工程设计要求。
