耐高温浓硫酸泵用新型铸造不锈钢的研究

摘    要:本文设计了高温浓硫酸泵用钢的化学成分,采用金相显微镜,X射线衍射,扫描电镜和多种腐蚀实验方法研究了新型铸造不锈钢的组织,腐蚀形貌和耐蚀性能。结果表明,新型不锈钢具有优良的耐蚀性,较高的强度与良好的韧性,并具有较好的加工性能。采用该钢生产的泵件经现场使用表明,泵叶轮用温浓硫酸生产中,具有较长的使用寿命,受到了用户好评。

Abstract:he chemical compositions of steel for corrosion resis-tant pumps in high -temperature concentrated sulphuric acid were designed,the microstructure, corrosion form, and cor-rosion resistance of the new cast stainless steel were stud-ied using metallographic microscope,X-ray diffraction.SEM,and corrosive tests,The results showed that the newcast stainless steel had godcorrosion resistance,higherstrength and good plasticity and toughness,and better pro-cess performance, The application of the punips of the steelin production showed that the pump impellers in high tem-perature concentrated sulphuric acid had longer servicelife.
