摘    要:应用TRIZ理论创新设计方法分析了新型精密热分析仪器的加热炉体结构特征,采用冲突矩阵,得到影响加热炉体均温区分布的主要因素,对原加热炉内腔体积空间及加热电阻丝存在的冲突进行分析研究。利用TRIZ理论的ARIZ发明问题解决算法,结合具体加热炉体均温区分布曲线的误差实验数据,分析得到两种能够改善仪器精度的创新设计方法。结果表明,这种利用TRIZ理论得到的设计方法能有效增大均温区分布面积,降低加热炉内腔温差大小,从而解决了精密热分析仪器对加热炉内腔均温区的设计要求,实现了仪器对温度精密控制的要求。

Abstract:The furnace structure characteristics of new precision thermal analysis instruments are analyzed by applying the TRIZ theory analysis. The main affecting factors of the distribution of uniform temperature for the furnace body are obtained by using the conflict matrix. The existing conflicts are stud- ied and analyzed between the size of original oven cavity space and the resistance wire heating. Using ARIZ theory of inventive problem solving algorithm and combining with the error of experimental data for specific body of uniform temperature distribution curves of heating, two innovative designs are obtained to improve the instruments precision. Results show that the using of TRIZ theory on the design method can effectively increase the area of uniform temperature distribution and reduces the size of oven cavity temperature, which resolves the precise thermal analysis of the inner cavity of uniform temperature furnace design requirements and achieves the precise temperature control of the instrument requirements.
