发动机铝活塞直接铸型制造

摘    要:以铝活塞制作为例,用直接铸型铸造可缩短新产品开发周期,免除了砂型铸造过程中复杂的生产环节。根据铝活塞的结构和功用,设计出铝活塞零件图。用Pro-E转化为三维立体图,经Zprinter系统打印出实体模型以进行结构检查,对铝活塞进行铸造工艺分析设计。通过计算机,用耐高温材料立体打印出模具的模腔模芯及浇注系统,清理烘干装配后,直接浇注金属铝液,可快速经济地得到铸件。

Abstract:For example,of the engine aluminum piston products,the direct cast founding can shorten the new product development cycle,and the immunization of the complex link in the sand casting. Making out the design of the engine aluminum piston according to its structrure and function,and then changing to cubic effect drawing and Zprinter to conceptual model. The design of the aluminum piston casting technology, through the computer digital-analog to print this mold in exotic materials, after making clear and drying and fitting up,then pouring. ,we can have the casting quickly.
