| 摘 要： | 板坯去毛刺机是用于中板轧制线的新型自动化设备,介绍了以PLC、变频器为控制核心的中板板坯去毛刺机的工作原理、设备结构、电气控制系统的设计方法及硬件构成、参数设定及主要程序流程图。该设备投入运行一年来,使用效果良好。

| Abstract: | Cleaning sinter mechanism for slab is new automatation equipment used for middle plate rolling line.The paper introduces the work theory of cleaning sinter mechanism for slab based on PLC and frequency converter as control central,and equipment slructure and also presents the design method of the system,hardware and main software.The equipment run for one year and have good effect. |
